Description
Staghorn Sumac by Christina Rollo. Green leaves forming a beautiful pattern with intricate leaf detail from a Staghorn Sumac tree. The Staghorn Sumac tree is one of the first trees to change color in the fall. It's a very fast growing tree with a life span of 25 to 50 years. This sumac has cone shaped flowers which turn into red berry fruit clusters. Bluebirds like to feed on them during the winter when food is scarce.
